Add up the cost for the desired features to get the estimated labour cost for your bespoke garment. (Price excludes fabric cost). This is because fabric costs can be varied due to personal taste.

Day Dress Bodices

  • Soft unlined 2 bust darts, 4 waist darts bodice no collar ($60). Add lining ($60).

  • Soft unlined 2 bust darts, 4 waist darts bodice with Mandarine collar ($120). Add lining ($60).

  • Soft unlined 2 bust darts, 4 waist darts bodice with styled ($130-$150). Add lining ($60).

 

Gown Bodices

  • Corset bodice, lined ($350). 

  • Corset bodice, lined with french lace-up back and modesty panel ($570).

  • Corset bodice with spaghetti straps lace-up and exposed back ($460).

Add overlay bodice, no sleeves ($80). Add standard overlay sleeves ($30-40).

Skirts

  • Standard skirt, Tulle ($40/layer).

Lace Wedding Dress

Scheduling, turnover, and maintaining body weight:

  • All fittings are by appointment only.

  • Our typical turnover time for this type of service is 1-2 months. There are usually 1-2 weeks between fitting. Customers will be given a set date for the next fitting/ pickup at the end of the fitting. It may take up to 4 fittings or more for this type of service.​

  •  For rush situations, please call, and we will try to accommodate your schedule.

  • Once an appointment is booked, please refer to the confirmation email for the full session details (date, time, address). 

  • Family and friends are welcome to attend fittings. Please call ahead for parties 3 or more.

  • It is important to maintain the body shape from the time of the fitting to the time of completion, leading up to the event. 

At the time of your appointment:

  • The first consultation is scheduled for 45minutes. 

  • Please take great consideration of the type of shoes, the amount of heel height, and the type of undergarments (including but not limited to: petticoat/slip, bra, Spanx) that may suit the look or that you may wish to build the look around. It is useful at times to have these items decided before or at the first meeting. Customers may even bring the items for a show and tell. 

  • There is a questionnaire that the customer may fill out before or at the fitting. This questionnaire is to help us understand our customers better, in terms of the customer's preferences and concerns about the upcoming dressmaking project. 

  • We will also need to conduct a full-body measurement at either the first or second appointment to be able to carry out this service.

Fee and charges:

  • We provide a free over-the-phone consultation initially.

  • We can suggest fabrics available online or in-stores to clients. However, we will not be responsible for any dissatisfactions that might occur with such a purchase.

  • A booking deposit is required upon appointment scheduling.

  • Customers will receive an invoice for the requested service. Please pay special attention to the design description. Once satisfied with the design stated in the invoice, payment is required as the approval for the project to proceed. 

  • If fabric sourcing is requested by the clients, the clients must pay 20% of the invoice upfront as a non-refundable deposite. Clients must allow turn-around time from sampling to finnal ordering of fabric. The total cost for material must be paid in full before any fabric order can be done. 

  • Full payment is preferred at the first appointment.

  • Extra fees may incur when a variation of design is requested. The customer must inform the business in writing and authorise a Variation of Service agreement for reference.

 

Pickup Procedures:

  • The customer will be offered to try on the the the working in progress garments or the end product.  A Satisfaction of Service is to be authorised by the customer at each fitting or upon pickup to track progress, and quality re-assurance. 

  • If customers wish to try on the finished garment at home, there is a 5 days window to report any error regarding the service. The business will not be responsible for any complaints after the 5 days period. 

  • Any garment not picked up 3months after the date of the pickup appointment will be discarded (this will only happen only as the last resort).
