Which appointment to choose?
Dressmaking Sessions are for bespoke garments and custom sewing inquiries.
Bridal and Evening Wear Sessions are for wedding dresses, bride's maid dresses, formal dresses, evening dresses, and gowns alteration inquiries.
Suit Alteration and Repairs are for formal menswear alterations inquiries.
Everyday Alterations are for every other little sewing job and everyday clothing and work clothes alterations and repairs inquiries.
How much time to allow and what to bring?
Dressmaking Service Inquire at least 6 months before the event. Client can bring reference photos, fabrics, sewing patterns, sample garments, etc.
Formal dresses and wedding gowns allow 2.5 months.
Bridesmaids alterations allows 1 .5 month.
Everyday Alterations turn over time is usually about 1-2 weeks.
Please bring heels of the right height and undergarments (including but not limited to: petticoat/slip, bra, Spanx) must be brought to the first fitting and proceeding fittings.
Suit Alterations and Repairs allows 1.5 months. Please bring the pairing shoes to fitting.
Please call us if mater is urgent before making a booking.
Important reminders
The date, time, and address for the appointment will be in your confirmation email. Your confirmation email is the only place where the business address would be shared.
Booking deposit paid online will go back toward your final alterations cost when the customer attends the appointment as scheduled.
The booking deposit paid is redundant when:
-Fitting was a no-show or was a less than 48-hour cancelation.
-Customer has a change of mind after the appointment was attended. Extra session fees may apply. See terms and conditions.
- Service refusal due to the unworkable status of the garments. (for example, uncleanliness, etc).
General Service Agreement The customers will be automatically assumed that they agree to all terms and conditions of the business. Please read the Full store policies is here before proceeding.
